Direct Cremation
This includes the service of the funeral director and staff, other preparation of the deceased, transfer of body to funeral home or place of disposition, memorial service conducted at funeral home, (no charge for memorial service at church or other place of worship unless funeral home staff involved), visitation prior to memorial service, register book, memorial folders, laminated obituary notice, fiberboard cremation container, crematory fee, crematory authorization, all necessary forms and notices: does not include any type of urn or cremation casket or other services or merchandise not listed.
